I have spent my 11 year career practicing in multiple different practice environments. Working in multi-specialty ophthalmology groups to private practice I have managed million dollar divisions and private practices ranked in the upper 1% of the country. I have taught thousands of doctors and their staff valuable practice management skills on leadership, strategy development, marketing and personnel as well as clinical practice issues. While optometric and ophthalmic physicians are well trained in the clinical aspects of optometric and ophthalmic practice, many are less comfortable behind the administrators desk.
