By using your practice’s performance data and comparing it to over twenty practice growth benchmarks, we can discover your practice’s strengths, weaknesses and untapped growth opportunities. This process typically identifies additional revenue potential of between 20% and 50% of your existing annual top line (charges and collections). The report also makes recommendations on how to prioritize these opportunities, which are ranked by return potential and the resources needed for implementation.

This service is designed for practices that seek a detailed roadmap for implementing each of the growth opportunities identified in the practice discovery profile in a logical and easy to follow format. This service includes a complete growth implementation plan tailored to your practice. It provides a department specific execution plan including a timetable of events, responsibilities, anticipated costs and expected results by month, tracking reports and ROI calculations. It also includes a detailed strategy for marketing, human resources, operations, optical, clinic and financial review. Implementation assistance not included in this package.

This analysis includes a comprehensive patient demographic review, competitive profile for up to ten of the practices geographically closest competitors and recommendations for practice growth through internal and external marketing.

Financial Planning Package
We assist in the development of a sound practice financial plan. This includes a budgetary analysis, provider productivity analysis, and a national benchmark comparison. Audit risk reduction analysis and insurance billing review are also included.

Comprehensive Package
This option includes the Practice Discovery Profile™, Peak Potential Road Map™ a patient demographic review, competitive market analysis, marketing plan, The Eye Tech Edge™, our complete financial planning package, fee analysis, and workflow process evaluation. We also participate in project management to transform the practice road map into actions that grow practice revenues and income. This service is for practices that want assurance that each step of management strategy is implemented according to plan. This provides structure for the onsite staff and a monitoring process so that the activities are coordinated and issues are highlighted in a timely fashion. As program tracking leads to new insights, these revisions are incorporated into the action plans to keep them current and effective. Progress reports will be submitted to a distribution list designated by the owner/physician on a monthly basis.
