Dr. Ben Gaddie earned his Doctor of Optometry from UAB. Dr. Gaddie then completed a Residency in Ocular Disease
through NSU College of Optometry at the Triad Eye
Medical Clinic in Tulsa, OK. Subsequently, Dr. Gaddie
completed a Fellowship in Glaucoma and Laser Therapy
at NSU College of Optometry. He is now in private
group practice in Louisville, KY. Dr. Gaddie is an
Adjunct Assistant Professor of Optometry at NSU
College of Optometry. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and Vice
President of the Optometric Glaucoma Society
(OGS). Dr. Gaddie is currently the chair of the
Continuing Education Committee for the KOA and a member of the AOA
Continuing Education Committee. He is a co‐author of the textbook
Primary Care of the Posterior Segment, 3d Edition. In addition, Dr. Gaddie
serves on the editorial boards of Review of Optometry and Optometric
Management.

Dr. Kerksick received her Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1997 and is a 2002 graduate from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. Upon graduation in 2002, she founded Midwest Vision Care, LLC, in Columbia, Illinois where she resides and practices.
Dr. Kerksick serves as a Key Opinion Leader for Bausch & Lomb. She has lectured internationally on contact lens science and is a frequent lecturer throughout the United States on contact lens care, practice management, electronic health records and information technology, as well as clinical communication. Dr. Kerksick has enjoyed international speaking engagements in London, England, Trinidad, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Dr. Kerksick serves as the chief editor for New O.D., an optometric publication circulated via e-mail, and is on the advisory panel for Optometric Management, a monthly publication. Dr. Kerksick also served as a faculty member for The Vision Care Institute located in Jacksonville, Florida, and has served as a clinical examiner for the National Board of Optometry. She has a large repertoire of articles that have seen publication in The Wall Street Journal, Optometric Management, Contact Lens Spectrum, Primary Eye Care News, Vision Care Product News, and Review of Optometry. Dr. Kerksick is an active member in the Illinois Optometric Association and American Optometric Association, and is a charter member of Women of Vision. Dr. Kerksick is the Director of Professional Services for Vision Source.

Dr. Morris received his doctorate of optometry at Indiana University School of Optometry in 1996. He completed a residency in ocular disease at Triad Eye Medical Clinic in association with NSU School of Optometry in Tulsa, OK.
Dr. Morris serves as the medical director of Eye Consultants of Colorado. He is the operating partner of Morris Education & Consulting Associates, a full-service practice management and clinical education consulting firm. He is also the founder and senior technology consultant for Ocular Technology Solutions, Inc., the industry leader in technology consulting services.
Dr. Morris is a member of the AOA, Colorado Optometric Association, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. He serves on the AOA Education Committee and is the program coordinator for the semi-annual AOA Electronic Health Records Conference. He serves on the editorial board for Optometric Management and Optometry Times. He also writes monthly column on Technology for Optometric Management. He is a consultant for the US Department of Education-Council on Optometric Education and Residency Affairs. He lectures extensively throughout the U.S. on various ocular conditions, technology, and practice management for multiple pharmaceutical, ophthalmic equipment, and electronic health record companies. He has published extensively in multiple ophthalmology and optometry journals, newsletters and book chapters.
