Comprehensive Package This option includes the Practice Discovery Profile, Peak Potential Road Map a patient demographic review, competitive market analysis, marketing plan, The Eye Tech Edge, our complete financial planning package, fee analysis, and workflow process evaluation. We also participate in project management to transform the practice road map into actions that grow practice revenues and income. This service is for practices that want assurance that each step of management strategy is implemented according to plan. This provides structure for the onsite staff and a monitoring process so that the activities are coordinated and issues are highlighted in a timely fashion. As program tracking leads to new insights, these revisions are incorporated into the action plans to keep them current and effective. Progress reports will be submitted to a distribution list designated by the owner/physician on a monthly basis.
Structure Options ◦ Productivity Model This option is designed to place the emphasis on our ability to facilitate continued growth of your practice. Our payment is based solely on the increased revenue that we earn for your practice. We provide a comprehensive practice evaluation as well as access to all products over the term of the contract. We charge 10% of the increase in gross revenue from baseline collections over the first two years, 5% of the increase over the next two years and 3% of increased in productivity in the final year of the five year contract. ◦ Flat Fee Model We charge a flat fee + travel expenses for one trip to your office. It includes our comprehensive management practice package as well as implementation over a two year period. ◦ Combination Model We also provide a combination of the above methods that allow for a reduced flat fee +7% of the increase in gross revenue from baseline collections over the next three years + travel expenses for the initial trip to your practice.
