 What is your plan for the next 52 weeks?  How are you educating and motivating your staff? 

I am an advocate of a series of short, 5-15 minute meetings per week that serve as short administrative meetings or educational meetings.  I am likewise a fan of a weekly 30 minute meeting to cover a very specific subject.
